i hear ya! I'm having trouble finding things to photograph also .... it seems like I'm walking over the same ground over and over! love this acorn shot .... nice colors and details ....

I'm enjoying these colours very much. Just keep going out there, take the camera everywhere, soon the inspiration returns.

Light is excellent and the subject original, they seem so real so much Here !

And very enjoyable they are, too ! I've not noticed such a range of colors in acorns here but I guess yours are a different variety.

I showed these to some squirrels but they passed. Haha, just kidding. This is a fine close-up and I like the colors. I didn't expect the bright red. Cool!

Amanda, don't give up. I like this shot of acorns a lot, but great oaks grow from tiny acorns. Your regular posts are always really well-done. Everybody gets in a photo-ditch sometimes, I sure do. But posting your way out of it is the way out of it, a picture at a time. Inspiration is always right around the corner and often right before our eyes and in the most unexpected ways and places.
